Q: Are you a factory or trade company?
A: We have our own factories and Foreign-trade Department.
Q: Can we visit your factory before order?
A: Sure. All customers are welcomed to visit our factory. Besides, we can pick up you at station if needed.
Q: Do you have any stock?
A: Sorry, most of our machines don't have stock, we always produce according to order. However, we have enough Semi - finished parts in workshop, as long as we place the order and send production plan to factory, they can start production and installation.
Q: What's the MOQ?
A: Well, the MOQ is different from 1 set to 50 set according to different model. For mostly firewood processors minimum order quantity is 1 set.
Q: How about your quality?
A: We have approved the ISO9001:2008 Quality management system, ISO14001 Environmental management system, OHSAS18001 International occupational health and safety management system and Social Accountability 8000(SA8000). Most products have been approved by the European and American safety standard, including CE, GS, EMS & UL. A: FOB Qingdao or CIF if needed.
Q: What's your payment term?
A: Orders with a value of less than USD3,000 are required to pay the full amount, then we will arrange production and shipping. Orders with a value of more than USD 3,000 can pay 50% of the purchase amount as a deposit. Pay the final payment after the buyer receives the BL copy from the seller.
Q: What's the warranty of your products and after-sale service?
A: We provide 2-year warranty for our machine. If there are any quality issues during the warranty period, I will mail you a new
accessory for free.
